Job Summary :
The Executive- Content will be responsible for identifying, managing, and optimizing influencer collaborations to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. This role involves end-to-end management of influencer campaigns — from selection and outreach to performance tracking and post-campaign analysis — ensuring all activities align with brand objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand objectives and campaign briefs.
Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and deliverable coordination , ensuring smooth communication and execution.
Oversee campaign logistics , including timely dispatch of products, delivery of briefs, and content approvals.
Review influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and quality standards.
Track and analyse campaign performance metrics , preparing detailed reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
Maintain organized influencer databases and track budgets, spends, and campaign details.
Stay updated on Instagram trends, platform updates, and emerging creators across relevant categories.
Share insights and recommendations on high-performing content, influencer opportunities, and campaign optimization strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and emerging short-form content trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in influencer marketing tools, Excel / Google Sheets, and campaign tracking systems.
