Senior Information Technology Support Analyst

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site and remote support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Troubleshoot OS, network, and application-level issues on Windows 10 / 11 and macOS systems.
• Install, configure, and update software as per approved software list.
• Maintain system inventory and ensure compliance with IT asset policies.
• Assist with device onboarding, user provisioning, and Microsoft Intune enrollment.
• Manage and report endpoint health, patch updates, and antivirus (Sophos XDR) compliance.
• Support IT security initiatives DLP enforcement, MFA, password policy compliance, and device control.
• Coordinate with vendors or the central IT team for escalations and specialized issues.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and IT procedures in SharePoint or the IT documentation system.
