    • We&aposre looking for a Corporate Gifting Business Development Manager to lead our B2B gifting initiatives in Bengaluru . This role is ideal for a self-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for premium products and client engagement.

      ✅ Key Responsibilities :

    • ???? New Client Acquisition
    • – Target and onboard corporate clients for seasonal and year-round gifting (festivals, events, employee rewards, client appreciation)

    • ???? Relationship Management
    • – Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders like HR heads, procurement teams, and CXOs

    • ???? Customized Gifting Solutions
    • – Collaborate with design & production teams to offer personalized, branded gifting options

    • ???? Sales Strategy & Execution
    • – Plan and execute sales targets and growth strategies across Bengaluru and South India

    • ???? Lead Generation & Outreach
    • – Actively generate leads via networking, referrals, and participation in B2B events and expos

    • ???? Partner & Channel Management
    • – Build alliances with gifting agencies, event managers, and distributors

    • ???? Negotiation & Deal Closure
    • – Draft proposals, handle pricing, and close deals with a win-win mindset

    • ???? Reporting & Insights
    • – Maintain CRM and share regular updates on pipeline, sales performance, and client feedback

    • ???? You Bring :
    • ???? Bachelor&aposs degree (MBA preferred)
    • ???? 5+ years in corporate / B2B sales
    • ???? Network in Bengaluru's corporate ecosystem
    • ????️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
    • ????‍♂️ Self-starter with strong execution skills
