So, what’s the role all about?

As a Senior Automation QA, you will lead the design, development, and execution of automated testing strategies for enterprise-grade financial crime and compliance solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor QA engineers, and drive quality excellence across projects.

How will you make an impact?

• Understand detailed functional and usability requirements to test web applications and backend services.
• Review user stories and participate in grooming and sprint planning to assess testing efforts.
• Write comprehensive test cases and perform exploratory testing for undefined scenarios.
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
• Design and implement automation frameworks using Java / Scala and Robot Framework.
• Collaborate with PMs and developers to deliver high-quality releases.
• Define and improve QA processes and best practices across teams.
• Apply innovative testing concepts to enhance coverage and reliability.
• Troubleshoot application and environment issues effectively.
• Work in Agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
