Job description

Assist senior technicians in researching, evaluating, developing operational methods, promote and implement systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness of departmental practices

Promptly assist customers with equipment and related software problems and questions.

Notify appropriate personnel when established standards or guidelines are violated

Conduct user polls, questionnaires, and other information-gathering activities

The analyst must be able to administer, maintain, and install either alone or as a member of the Auxiliary Services Team, all Auxiliary Services supported technologies.
