Job Description :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of UiPath-based automation solutions across P&C insurance functions.
• Analyze complex insurance processes (e.g., claims adjudication, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals) to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriters, claims analysts, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect reusable components and frameworks for insurance-specific automation use cases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards (e.g., NAIC, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Mentor junior developers and enforce RPA best practices, including exception handling, logging, and security.
• Integrate UiPath with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, legacy systems) and third-party APIs.
• Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
