Job descriptionFamiliarity with ServiceNow Discovery and Change Management. Experience with AI-driven Virtual Agent enhancements. ServiceNow Development & Customization Build and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and integrations. Develop custom scripts and client-side logic to meet business requirements. Design and implement Virtual Agent topics and portal client scripts. Automation & Integration Automate onboarding, asset management, and access provisioning processes. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (Azure, SharePoint, APIs). Utilize PowerShell scripting for cross-platform automation. Process Enablement & User Support Guide users through knowledge articles and self-service tools. Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Provide hands-on support and training for new processes.

Our client is looking for ServiceNow Developer
Location : REMOTE
Duration : 12-month contract with extensions
Must-Have Skills (in order of importance) :
- Strong scripting experience (minimum 2 years) in ServiceNow.
- Portal client scripts & Virtual Agent topic design expertise.
- PowerShell scripting (minimum 2 years).
- Experience with API development and integrations .
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical users.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
