Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our growing IT Applications team. You will be reporting to the Director, IT Applications. You will be responsible for :

• Developing, testing, and documenting custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations for ServiceNow projects
• Translating business needs into well-architected solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform
• Managing CMDB health, integrations, Discovery, and Service Mapping to ensure system stability
• Designing scalable workflow frameworks and identifying opportunities to automate and improve manual processes
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless development, testing, and deployment
