We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team.
Your primary mission will be to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and . You will be the guardian of our clients' ad spend, ensuring every rupee / dollar is optimized for maximum ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management : End-to-end execution of paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
- Strategy & Planning : Collaborate with the team to develop media plans, audience targeting strategies, and budget allocation models.
- Optimization : Daily monitoring of campaign performance. You will tweak bids, audiences, and creatives to lower CPA and increase conversions.
- A / B Testing : Constantly test new creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.
- Reporting : Create weekly / monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights to clients.
- Creative Collaboration : Work closely with the design and copy team to brief high-performing ad creatives based on data insights.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting.Platform Mastery : Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.Data Fluency : You are comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and know your way around Google Analytics 4 (GA4).Copywriting Skills : Ability to write compelling ad copy that converts.Mindset : You are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and stay updated with the latest algorithm changes.Why Join Us?
