As the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, you will play a vital role in guiding them through each step of the enrollment journey. Key Responsibilities
- Managing Student Inquiries :
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Share clear, accurate information regarding academic programs, entry requirements, and the application process.
- Application Processing :
- Review applications to ensure they are complete and accurate.
- Track and manage essential documentation such as transcripts and test results.
- Admission Guidance :
- Support applicants and their families throughout the admission process.
- Provide clear guidance, address questions, and offer personalized assistance to ensure a smooth experience.
- Event Coordination :
- Organize and participate in admission-focused events, including campus tours, open houses, and info sessions.
- Represent the institution at external educational fairs and recruitment events.
- Data and Records Management :
- Maintain up-to-date records on prospective students and application statuses using CRM tools.
- Generate reports to evaluate trends and admission targets.
- Policy Compliance :
- Ensure all admission practices adhere to institutional policies and applicable regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in education policy and incorporate them into admission procedures as needed.
- Collaboration and Strategy :
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute effective student recruitment initiatives.
- Coordinate with academic departments to address applicant-specific queries or requirements.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Collect and analyze feedback from applicants and newly enrolled students to refine the admission experience.
- Experience :
- Prior experience in admissions, student counseling, or customer service is an advantage.
