The Team

Role : Director

Location : Mumbai

Gradution : MBA graduate in marketing.

Minimum 15 years experience in delivering in Customer Experience Strategy and management along with marketing and customer service.

Proven track record of leading and managing team in implementing CX strategies

Ability to analyse data feedback and customer behaviour and drive insights.

Familiarity with tools and platforms managing CX such as Commerce MARTECHCRM DATA.

Knowledge on relevant regulations and compliance guidelines regulatory frame works of working industry.

Strategic thinking and project management Ability to develop and execute a customer experience strategy aligned with business goals.

Consistent Experience : Ensure seamless and consistent experience to our Customers across all channels leading to higher satisfaction and loyalty.

Personalized Interactions : Tailored and personalized interactions make customers feel valued increasing their engagement and long-term loyalty.

Positive Experiences : Satisfied customers are more likely to remain loyal and recommend the brand to others boosting customer retention and new customer acquisition.

Brand Advocacy : Happy customers become brand advocates helping to attract new customers through positive word-of-mouth and referrals.

Data-Driven Decisions : Access to comprehensive customer data and insights enables more informed decision-making and strategy development.

Effective Marketing Campaigns : Understanding customer behaviours and preferences allows for better targeting and more effective marketing campaigns.
