Role Summary

We're looking for a Senior Flutter Developer with exceptional expertise in building visually stunning, performance-critical mobile applications. You'll own the frontend development of our sports analytics platform, working extensively with camera integration, video processing, real-time data visualizations, and complex UI overlays. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, implements architectural best practices, and has a passion for converting sophisticated designs into clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust Flutter mobile applications, with an initial focus on iOS.

Build rich, interactive, and efficient data visualizations within the mobile app.

Integrate and utilize sensor data (gyroscope, accelerometer, etc.).

Experiment and develop features using ARKit (iOS) and, in the future, ARCore (Android).

Own the full app development lifecycle : architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and iterative enhancement.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) in a remote, distributed startup environment.

Ensure best practices for mobile UX, app performance, and code quality.

Take high ownership—proactively drive features, debug / troubleshoot, and deliver value at startup pace.

Attend regular standups and meetings with founding team

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

Minimum 4+ years professional Flutter development experience with production IOS apps

Expert-level skills in converting UI designs to Flutter code with attention to detail

Proven experience building camera and video functionality in mobile apps

Strong background in data visualization libraries (fl_chart, custom paintings, etc.)

Hands-on experience with video processing, overlays, and real-time annotations

Advanced knowledge of Clean Architecture, BLoC pattern, and dependency injection

Previous work with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms

Specialized Skills

Experience with video player customization and advanced media controls

Proficiency in real-time data visualization and interactive charts

Knowledge of camera APIs, video compression, and media optimization

Experience with AWS S3 integration and cloud storage solutions

Understanding of WebSocket connections and real-time data streaming

Familiarity with 3D graphics and mathematical visualizations (preferred)

Development Practices

Fast-paced development ability with quick iteration cycles

Self-accountability in delivering high-quality, well-tested code

Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration with US-based team

Annual salary up to ₹25,00,000 INR (increased based on specialized skills required)
