BIM Modeler

with strong architectural and / or technical modeling skills.

Your Responsibilities

Produce detailed

BIM models

(Architectural / Structural / MEP depending on your profile) in Revit.

Develop drawings and deliverables for all project phases :

SD (Schematic Design)

DD (Design Development)

CD (Construction Documents)

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project consistency.

Work within

BIM Collaborate / BIM 360

to manage and coordinate project models.

Contribute to the development of internal

BIM standards

(templates, families, schedules).

Prepare and update

IFC files

and support interdisciplinary coordination.

Participate in clash detection reviews and coordination meetings.

Profile & Requirements

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or related field.

5 to 10 years of proven experience

in BIM modeling on real projects.

Advanced mastery of

Revit

(required).

Working knowledge of

BIM Collaborate / ACC

for collaborative workflows.

Additional skills appreciated :

AutoCAD

Navisworks (a strong plus)

SketchUp / Enscape / Twinmotion (a plus)

Strong understanding of building systems (Architectural / Structural / MEP).

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a multidisciplinary team.

English proficiency is an advantage for international projects.
