Overseeing entire HR and IR Operations for the largest plantResponsible for Strategic Business partnership while closely working with business leadersHigh focus on TA, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Mgmt, Capability Development, Compensation and Benefits, Training & Employee Experience.Regularly coach, mentor and support senior and high potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs & encourage retention of HiPos.Manage industrial relations including working with union management, negotiating settlements, proactively resolving issues and productivity development.Develop and manage workforce planning programs and hire the best talentCollaborate with COEs to develop C&B framework, R&R, HR policies and processesManaging functional budget of INR 100 Crore yearly.Monitor adherence to internal policies, legal compliances and statutory requirements.Encourage innovative ideas and imbibe the quality culture in every employee.Lead continuous Improvement projects like Kaizen, QC Projects, Six Sigma, etc.Support to achieve audit targets in 5S, QMS, IMS, EMS, EnMS etc.Lead 5S initiative across All site.Skills Required
