Job description
  • Overseeing entire HR and IR Operations for the largest plant
  • Responsible for Strategic Business partnership while closely working with business leaders
  • High focus on TA, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Mgmt, Capability Development, Compensation and Benefits, Training & Employee Experience.
  • Regularly coach, mentor and support senior and high potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs & encourage retention of HiPos.
  • Manage industrial relations including working with union management, negotiating settlements, proactively resolving issues and productivity development.
  • Develop and manage workforce planning programs and hire the best talent
  • Collaborate with COEs to develop C&B framework, R&R, HR policies and processes
  • Managing functional budget of INR 100 Crore yearly.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies, legal compliances and statutory requirements.
  • Encourage innovative ideas and imbibe the quality culture in every employee.
  • Lead continuous Improvement projects like Kaizen, QC Projects, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Support to achieve audit targets in 5S, QMS, IMS, EMS, EnMS etc.
  • Lead 5S initiative across All site.
