Job Title : Project Coordinator (Female Candidates Only) Banking Domain

Job Description :

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support IT Project Management initiatives in the banking domain. The role requires strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth delivery of projects across multiple banking applications and teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jira, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, along with exposure to managing stakeholders in a fast-paced banking / financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Support IT project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of banking technology projects.
Maintain and update project plans, dashboards, and reports using Jira and Excel.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders and project reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document minutes, and track follow-ups.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
Liaise with business, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth communication.
Ensure compliance with banking project governance and reporting standards.

Required Skills :

3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst / Project Support (preferably in banking / financial services).

Proficiency in Jira, MS Excel (advanced reporting), and MS PowerPoint.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict timelines.

Good to Have :

Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies in banking / IT projects.

Familiarity with Core Banking / Payments / CRM systems.

Experience working with vendor and regulatory reporting.
