Job descriptionDesign, implement, and support large-scale SDWAN (Viptela) and Routing-Switching solutions. Handle 24 / 7 network operations, troubleshooting, and escalations. Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes. Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders ensuring smooth operations. Work on wireless (Aruba preferred) deployment and integration. Document network changes, incidents, and provide technical guidance to teams. Strong expertise in Cisco Viptela & SDWAN solutions. Deep knowledge of Routing & Switching technologies. Experience in handling network troubleshooting in critical environments. Good exposure to Wireless and Aruba solutions (preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in 24 / 7 operational support environments.
