Job Title : Personal Butler

Location : Kolkata, India

Role Summary :

We are seeking a professional and discreet Personal Butler to provide high-level household and personal support to a distinguished family based in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing household staff, formal service, and day-to-day household operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized service to the employer and family, including wardrobe management, table service, and errand running
• Oversee and coordinate household staff, including housekeepers, drivers, and chefs
• Manage household schedules, guest arrangements, and event coordination
• Handle travel arrangements, packing / unpacking, and itinerary management
• Ensure the upkeep and security of the residence, including liaising with maintenance vendors
• Greet and attend to guests with warmth and discretion
• Maintain inventories for pantry, beverages, and personal items
• Serve meals and beverages with formal table service when required
• Uphold a high level of hygiene, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
