Fintech Project Lead

We are scaling rapidly, with global teams across the U.S., India, Vietnam, and the Philippines, and are looking for a Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of new features, client implementations, and strategic initiatives for StavPay.

Role Overview :

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects across the StavPay product line, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with high quality. This includes managing internal product / engineering / design teams, external vendors (banks, payment providers), and clients during onboarding and rollout. The role requires a balance of technical fluency , payments industry knowledge , and structured project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution :

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with product roadmap and client needs.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Track and report progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Coordination :

Risk & Issue Management :

drive proactive mitigation strategies.

Client Delivery :

Operational Excellence

Qualifications

Education :

PMP or Agile certification a plus.
