Some of our work includes modernizing UNICEFs global platforms, rebuilding Stanford's infrastructure, and winning Splash Awards for our work with Diabetes.org.

Weve also supported legal aid organizations, research institutions, and healthcare platforms dealing with legacy sprawl and fragmented systems, and built AI solutions using our orchestration system, Aeldris.

We take on the kind of problems packaged tools dont solve - brittle systems, sprawling content, disconnected UX. Problems that require more than a stack and need thinking.

Job Description :

This Role is for you if :

  • Build responsive, interactive, and accessible websites.
  • Translate designs into performant front-end templates using HTML, CSS (SASS / LESS), Tailwind, and JS.
  • Collaborate with designers & developers to shape scalable solutions.
  • Use AI tools smartly to reduce repetitive work and boost productivity.
  • Work on multiple projects in an Agile / Scrum environment using Jira.
  • Contribute to digital innovation across Drupal and other CMS platforms.

As a Drupal Developer - Front End, you will :

  • Work with a team of experts on cutting-edge projects.
  • Use modern frameworks and AI accelerators to do your best work faster.

    • What we are looking for :

  • 1 - 4 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Strong expertise in Drupal theming, Drupal Site building with modules like Views, Layout Builder, UI Patterns, etc.
  • Completely aware of the latest community feature trends like Drupal AI, XB (Experience Builder).
  • Hands-on with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
  • Familiar with front-end build tools (Gulp, Webpack, Vite).
  • Comfortable working with Drupal + at least one other CMS.
  • Solid knowledge of Git, Docker, SSH, and Bitbucket.
  • Strong UX / design sense + attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

    • A Plus, But Not Mandatory :

  • Understanding of basic and advanced JavaScript frameworks, with experience in React, Next.js, or Vue.
  • Exposure to Strapi or other JS-based CMS.
