Role Overview :
We are seeking energetic and competitive professionals for our outbound International Solar Sales Team. This role involves engaging with Australian clients, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound calling to Australian leads (residential & commercial)
Pitch and convert prospects for solar and battery solutions
Handle objections and close deals over the phone
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams
Candidate Profile :
Strong English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
Good negotiation and closing abilities
Target-driven, adaptable, and resilient
0–2 years of experience (freshers who are confident on their closing skills and with excellent communication skills are also welcome)

Monday to Friday : 4 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM
Saturday : 4 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 AM
Sunday : Weekly Off
