Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at XtraNet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Bhopal. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Knowledge of IT solutions or tech industry is beneficial
• Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
