Job description

Role : .NET Application Support Engineer L2 / L3

Location : Bidadi, Bengaluru

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

Level 2 Support :

  • Respond to and resolve application-related incidents and service requests.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolutions.
  • Monitor application performance and availability.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with L1 support and escalate issues as needed.

Level 3 Support :

  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in .NET applications.
  • Debug code and perform minor enhancements or bug fixes.
  • Work closely with development teams to deploy patches and updates.
  • Participate in release management and deployment activities.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications.
  • Technical Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MVC.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Web Services, and Windows Services.
  • Knowledge of Azure / AWS cloud environments is a plus.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, New Relic, Azure Monitor).
  • Proficient in debugging tools and log analysis.
  • Soft Skills :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
