Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Head to lead and strengthen our quality function across all operations. This is a strategic leadership role , responsible for implementing world-class quality standards , managing audits, driving continuous improvement, handling customer complaints, and mentoring a high-performing QA team.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in automotive sheet metal processes, precision components, and assembly operations , with hands-on experience in quality systems, audits, compliance, and defect prevention .

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System (QMS)

• Plan, implement, and sustain IATF 16949 : 2016 / ISO 9001 quality systems across all departments.
• Develop, maintain, and audit quality manuals, SOPs, control plans, PFMEAs, and inspection standards .
• Ensure all process flows, measurement systems, and documentation meet OEM and regulatory standards.
