About Taivas Taivas is one of India's fastest-growing platforms for Public Speaking, Model UN, and Debate education. With 10,000+ students trained and partnerships with 50+ schools, we design transformative learning experiences that build confidence, communication, and leadership in Grades 4–12 students.

We're now building a high-performing outreach team to help us take these programs to the next level, and that's where you come in.

Role Overview This internship is for individuals who love people, ideas, and impact. As an Outreach Associate, you'll be the bridge between students, parents, schools, and the opportunity we're offering them. This is  not just a sales role . You'll work on strategy, storytelling, communications, and growth. Every conversation you have will help shape how education looks for young minds nationwide.

You will represent an International education brand, interact with diverse audiences, and gain mentorship in real-time client engagement, outreach strategy, and campaign execution.

What You'll Be Doing Engage with interested parents, students, and school representatives about our MUN & Public Speaking programs.

Using structured communication strategies (scripts, templates, and personal style), you will explain the program value.

Help design and refine outreach flows and funnels, working closely with the core team.

Participate in weekly growth sprints where your ideas can directly influence how we scale

Track conversations, lead flow, and performance, and continuously improve

What We're Looking For Undergraduate students (any field) with  at least 3–4 hours a day  to dedicate during the internship

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Empathy, confidence, and the ability to make people feel heard

Ability to manage conversations with parents, schools, and students professionally

Willingness to learn fast and try new approaches
