Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Architecture from a renowned institution. 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in private residences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in relevant tools like AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of Revit / BIM is advantageous. Familiarity with local regulations and construction methods. Strong English language skills and interpersonal abilities.
Job Role Overview :
To excel as a key team member, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Prepare 2D-3D designs in AutoCAD / Sketch up, prepare presentation drawings, work on drawing details as required.
- Review schematic & working drawings for accuracy & quality. Coordinate with consultants for timely delivery.
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks including regular follow-ups with all external and internal stakeholders
- Ensure drawing delivery from consultants is in line with project schedule requirements and highlight potential bottlenecks.
- Participate in site visits and field inspections to ensure project quality and compliance
- Support project documentation and administration tasks as needed
