Oracle APEX Developer

• Design & Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Oracle APEX. Designing and optimizing database schemas, tables, views, and other database objects to support APEX applications. Writing and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL code for data manipulation, business logic, and database procedures within APEX applications.
• User Interface Design: Developing user-friendly interfaces for web applications that align with nVent standards. Implementing client-side functionalities using JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS for enhanced user experience and responsive design
• Systems Architecture & Design: Analyzing functional business requirements and creating technical specifications.
• Testing, Maintenance & Technical Support: Performing testing, debugging, and performance tuning of APEX applications to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency. Providing ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to existing APEX applications
• Collaboration & Documentation: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, database administrators, and other developers. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and deployment guides

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems)
• 5+ experience with Oracle E-Business Suite ERP – specifically 12.x version delivery and support
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry preferred o Successfully involved in at least two large,
• complex, full-lifecycle ERP implementations
• Experienced working with external consultants and system integrators
• Proven experience in developing applications using Oracle APEX with strong proficiency in PL/SQL for backend logic and database interactions.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
• Skilled in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs for seamless integration between systems.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries with a solid understanding of relational database design principles.
• Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building responsive and interactive user interfaces.
