Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Strategist, based in the Mohali district. The Social Media Strategist will develop and implement innovative social media marketing strategies to enhance the organization's online presence and brand. The role involves creating content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and managing public relations initiatives. The individual will monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, while staying updated with trends in social media. Close collaboration with marketing and content teams will ensure cohesiveness and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and managing effective Content Strategies for various social media platforms
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and adapt strategies to optimise performance
• Define and govern the organisation's social media strategy across platforms
• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual social media plans aligned with brand guidelines
• Conduct audience, market, and competitor analysis
• Define content strategy, tone of voice, and platform frameworks
• Lead social media campaigns in collaboration with marketing, HR, and agencies
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) techniques
• Strong skills in Communication and Public Relations to effectively engage audiences and cultivate the company's brand
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools, trends, and best practices
• 3+ years of experience in the industry
