Position Overview :

  • We are looking for a dedicated and experienced field recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment of field surveyors for conducting door to door interviews across 700+ districts in India, with a focus on 2, 3, and 4 Tier cities.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in bulk hiring, particularly in the South India region, and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple local languages.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruiting resources (surveyors) who can conduct door to door interviews within various districts.
  • Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selecting candidates in various districts across your respective state.
  • Conduct recruitment drives and collaborate with local teams to identify hiring needs and strategies for field recruitment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities and networks to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies for 2, 3, and 4 tier city requirements.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs), including time to hire, candidate quality, and hiring volume.
  • Ensure all recruitment procedures comply with company policies and legal A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, specifically in 2, 3, and 4 tier cities.
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring, with an ability to successfully hire more than 60 candidates in a month.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to speak local languages (eg., Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting recruitment strategies as needed.
  • Background in sectors such as BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, Logistics, Retail, Hospitality, Market Research, Media, FMCG, or FMCD is preferred
