Role Objective
To drive sales growth, expand market share, strengthen channel partnerships, and provide technical / solution support to customers in the Gujarat region for product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales targets through direct sales and channel partners.
- Develop and manage relationships with EPC contractors, MEP consultants, system integrators, distributors, OEMs, and end customers.
- Generate new business opportunities through regular client visits, networking, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
- Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations for fire protection systems.
- Follow up on quotations, tenders, and project pipelines to closure.
- Ensure proper coordination with internal teams—Order Processing, Technical, Logistics, and Finance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including forecasts, project tracking, customer feedback, and competitor data.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, events, and consultant meets to promote Company solutions.
- Ensure after‐sales support coordination and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Fire Engineering; MBA preferred but not mandatory.5–8 years of sales or business development experience in fire protection / firefighting equipment / MEP / industrial safety / pumps / valves / protection systems .Strong understanding of NFPA, UL / FM standards (preferred).Proven track record in project sales and handling channel partners.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills.Self‐motivated, target‐driven, and comfortable with extensive field travel within the region.
