Growth & Operations Manager

Own the Growth. Lead Operations. Shape a Brand.

We are a fast-growing, multi-channel coffee and café brand with :

3 cafés, 2 kiosksand multi B2B partnerships
Online delivery through Swiggy & Zomato
Franchise operations across cities
E-commerce coffee bean sales on Amazon

We are looking for a Growth & Operations Manager who can take full ownership of business growth and operations across all channels. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the founder and shape the future of a premium, high-growth brand.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, build, and manage new B2B partnerships

Lead and streamline operations across cafés, kiosks, and online channels

Own the Amazon and e-commerce business, ensuring growth and profitability

Collaborate with the founder on strategic expansion plans and business initiatives

Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency, customer experience, and revenue

Who You Are :

Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership

Experienced in operations, business development, or e-commerce, preferably in F&B or retail

A problem solver with excellent execution skills

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment

Comfortable making strategic decisions and driving results
