About the Role :

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to own and scale our brand’s presence across social platforms. This role is responsible for planning, creating, executing, and analyzing campaigns that engage our audience, build brand awareness, and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals.

Manage content creation (text, images, video, reels, stories, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, Facebook, and emerging channels.

Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to create consistent brand messaging.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and new features to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Engage with the community, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).

Collaborate with influencers and brand partners for campaigns.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role preferably from digital marketing agency.

Required Skills :

Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).

Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with content and copywriting and brand ideation
