Job description

Lead the sales function for the décor vertical, focusing on new client acquisition and revenue growth.

Understand client needs and provide customized décor / design solutions in line with project requirements.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, mood boards, and design concepts to clients.

Collaborate with the design and operations team to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and corporate clients.

Stay updated on market trends, décor styles, and design innovations to incorporate into client proposals.

Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business strategy.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales / design team members.
