What you will do
You will be the bridge between data and decisions. Your job is to turn product and marketing analytics into clear business goals and priorities for the founders, product, tech and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own product and growth analytics in tools like PostHog or Amplitude
Build and maintain core dashboards for funnels, retention, cohorts and feature usage
Translate user behaviour into clear business insights, opportunities and risks
Work with founders and functional leads to set and track product, marketing and growth goals
Identify friction points in the user journey and recommend specific experiments or fixes
Partner with marketing to understand channel performance, CAC, ROAS and cohort quality
Present concise weekly insight summaries for the leadership and C-suite
What we are looking for
2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a digital or app-first product
Hands-on experience with PostHog or Amplitude is a must
Strong SQL and comfort with BI or visualisation tools
Solid understanding of funnels, retention, cohorts and subscription metrics
Ability to turn complex data into simple, sharp recommendations
High ownership, clear communication and bias for action
