- Minimum 5 years' functional Workday experience.
- Functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Business Processes, and Reporting.
- Willing to work on-site (Cebu Based) Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to a global workforce
- Ability to build strong partnerships and to work effectively, and collaboratively
- Ability to liaise and communicate at all levels within an organization
- Ability to work independently, triage and escalate requests as required Problem-solver, with the ability to identify systemic versus end user issues and resolve or escalate as needed
- Handles sensitive compensation data and PII A high degree of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality is essential
- Proficient with MS Office 365 with solid MS Excel skills
Preferred / Nice To Have
Experience building complex calculated fields and condition rules for utilization in business processes and reports Full cycle implementation of any Workday module Experience building and troubleshooting integrations and EIBs Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards
