Job Overview :
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Representatives with a strong background in the medical disposables and equipment segment . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales, be result-oriented, and demonstrate the ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory and involves both direct sales and promotional marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell a wide range of medical disposables, consumables, and equipment to hospitals, clinics, dealers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for medical professionals and purchase departments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and CMEs (Continuing Medical Education programs) .
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics to the management.
- Gather and share market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product developments, and market regulations.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in pharma or medical equipment sales (hospital / healthcare sector preferred).Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Highly motivated, self-driven, and organized with a positive attitude.Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.Qualification : Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Management (B.Sc / B.Pharm / BMS / MBA preferred).Compensation : ₹5–7 LPA (based on experience and skill fit)
