Job description2 - 5 yrs of Product Management in AI / GenAI or SaaS (health tech a plus). Bachelors from IIT / BITS; MBA from IIM / ISB preferred. Proven record of shipping SaaS products end-to-end. Familiarity with LLMs, AI / ML, or speech-to-text tech. Strong analytical & communication skills. Health tech or learning platform experience. Exposure to German / EU healthcare markets. Startup or 0?1 product experience.

Were hiring a Product Manager to lead development of our flagship AI products CarePilot and Nurse Companion at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and healthcare. If youre passionate about building products that frontline nurses love and global healthcare systems need, this is for you.
What Youll Do :
- Own the product roadmap for CarePilot or Nurse Companion.
- Translate nurse & healthcare facility needs into impactful AI-first features.
- Collaborate with engineering & design to ship GenAI solutions (voice-to-workflow, adaptive learning, contextual assistants).
- Gather continuous user feedback and iterate fast.
- Ensure products comply with data privacy standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
