Job Description- Instructional Designer

Location : Mumbai

CTC : up to 7 LPA

Role :

To transform training content : Existing & New across various platforms.
Align content with business objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
To create memorable learning experiences that engage and motivate learners. Whether it’s through gamification, adaptive learning, or interactive scenarios.
Write and develop content for a variety of platforms, Products & processes in the form of PPTs, Videos, Audio visual capsules.

Scope of Work :

In-depth research on industry trends, target audience, and competition to implement AI-based strategies, improving the quality of content & making it interactive for the target audience.

Interactive Solutions like Game-Based Learning & Gamification, Simulation / Scenario-Based Learning.

Blended learning Solutions like ILT & VILT-based training content.

Work with the cross-functional team to identify target audiences and develop tailored content strategies.

Brainstorm new content ideas and interactive modes to improve content engagement.

Knowledge of tools like Visio, Video creation & AI tools.

Review and revise content submitted by them & other team members.

Ensure accuracy, clarity, conciseness, and consistency in style and tone.

Skills Required :

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Content creation tools such as Canva, in video, etc.

Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills.

Knowledge of AI-based content tools and best practices for content writing.

Ability to write in a variety of styles and tones.

Ability to meet deadlines and meet the pace of requirements.

Strong research skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with tools such as Visio & Google Analytics.
