CommScope is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Global Pricing Specialist to join our global pricing operations team. This role is instrumental in improving pricing responsiveness and accuracy across strategic customer segments—particularly in Hyperscale, Cloud, and AI—while supporting operations across APAC, EMEA, NAR, and CALA regions.

You'll help drive pricing transformation by supporting automation initiatives, ensuring pricing compliance, and improving turnaround times. Your contributions will strengthen profitability, uphold data integrity, and enhance customer experience.

How You'll Help Us Connect The World

  • Manage pricing requests for strategic accounts in Hyperscale, Cloud, and AI segments to meet quote, PO, and sales order timelines.
  • Review and release quarterly price lists for APAC and EMEA with precision and timeliness.
  • Support automation initiatives using Macros, Dashboards, and BOTs to streamline workflows and improve data quality.
  • Ensure pricing compliance across MPAs, NDAs, Letter Agreements, and SOX policies.
  • Troubleshoot and support ERP pricing processes.
  • Collaborate with PLM, Sales Leadership, NCC, and BnC teams to align pricing strategies and support shared accounts.
  • Identify pricing anomalies for PLM review, including margin variances and misaligned MPGs.
  • Assist in global pricing analytics and model enhancements to support strategic decision-making.

What You Bring

  • Experience with CommScope SAP systems, MS Excel, and Dynamics PRT.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively across global teams.
  • Familiarity with pricing operations, automation tools, and data integrity practices.
  • Understanding of Hyperscale, Cloud, AI, and Datacenter customer segments is a plus.
  • Required Qualifications For Consideration

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience with SAP
  • Validated experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Macros)
  • You Will Excite Us If You Have

  • Good interpersonal communication skills, analytical abilities, detail orientation, quality focus, and problem-solving skills.
  • A completed associate or bachelor's degree.
