Job Title : Enterprise Systems Specialist
Sikich is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Specialist to ensure technical support for Oracle HCM and ERP clouds, as well as associated external applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing best-in-class internal service in meeting business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Application Support Specialists to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of all production configurations.
- Provide oversight of Oracle processes in the transaction console and scheduled processes.
- Create processing and data reports to meet approved business requirements, working closely with the Principal Applications Engineer.
- Develop, assess, and maintain tailored security roles and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence catalog access according to job titles and responsibilities.
- Conduct data imports and exports to fulfill authorized business needs.
- Create and manage Oracle service requests for high-level system issues / requests.
- Collaborate with IT Enterprise teams to perform research and provide technical analysis, solution options, pros / cons, and recommendations for improvement for various teams.
- Evaluate, modify, and customize existing functionalities and new features and applications, collaborating with internal IT teams, Finance, and HR.
- Perform quarterly system upgrade assessments and review other information for implementation of new features and impact to existing processes.
- Assess current system utilization to identify and recommend improvements, such as training, customization, enhancements, and tools to maximize value and efficiency of Oracle and related systems.
- Provide guidance for the preparation of training materials, guides, online content, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.Five plus years' experience preferred within Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud.Strong analytical background and prior experience creating custom security roles and data conversion.Minimum of two (2) years' experience with ERP and HCM configuration.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and excellent oral & written communication skills.High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidential information.Benefits :
