Responsibilities
Design and develop test plans test cases and test scripts for Workday HCM and Payroll functionality
Execute test cases for functional integration and regression testing of WD HCM and Payroll modules
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather testing requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Identify document and track defects and issues during the testing process
Conduct impact analysis for upcoming changes and enhancements to the Workday HCM and payroll system
Perform data validation and ensure data integrity within the HCM system postimplementation changes
Provide regular status reports to stakeholders on testing progress and outcomes
Requirements
Proven experience in testing Workday HCM systems
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices particularly in recruitment onboarding payroll and talent management
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate testing results and issues clearly
