Experience as Director / Dean / Principal of a Law College (mandatory)

Strong understanding of legal education, regulatory frameworks, and academic administration

Experience in NAAC / NBA processes, academic planning, faculty management & student development

Ability to ensure academic excellence, discipline, and institutional growth

Strategic mindset to drive admissions, branding, and reputation building

Excellent leadership, communication & coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Law College academically and administratively

Oversee curriculum delivery, examinations, compliance & accreditation

Build and mentor faculty teams

Strengthen industry connect, internships, moot courts & placements

Collaborate with management on growth strategies and quality benchmarks

Ensure a student-centric, discipline-driven learning environment

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Law

Minimum 5 - 10 years' academic experience, with leadership roles in a Law College being essential

Strong record of academic governance and institutional contribution

Location : Greater Noida
