Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in C# / .NET Core , React / Next.js , and microservices architecture .
• Develop scalable backend services using .NET Core , clean architecture , and async programming .
• Use SOLID principles, Design pattern and Command patterns for loosely coupled code.
• Experience with containerized deployments (Docker / Kubernetes) and CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) is essential.
• Design and implement event-driven systems with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
• Build and maintain efficient data access layers using Entity Framework Core, Dapper, SQL, or NoSQL.
• Develop responsive UIs with React , integrating REST APIs and implementing SSR / CSR using Next.js .
• Ensure code quality via unit testing , observability tools (Splunk, AppDynamics), and secure coding practices.
• Lead design discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor team members on backend / frontend best practices.
