Inbound Lead Qualification :
- Engage, qualify, and nurture marketing-generated leads via email, phone, and social platforms to determine fit and readiness.
- Maintain and follow a consistent follow-up cadence and provide timely handoff of sales-ready leads to the appropriate sales representative.
Outbound Prospecting :
Execute strategic outbound campaigns into targeted accounts and personas aligned with sales leadership, sales operations, product, and marketing.Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest, schedule discovery calls, and set qualified meetings for the field sales team.Pipeline Generation and Trade Show Support :
Identify and engage key contacts in advance of trade shows, roadshows, or territory visits to pre-book meetings and maximize field productivity.Provide field reps with detailed call notes and prospect insights gathered during outreach.CRM and Systems Excellence :
Log all activity, lead status, and follow-up tasks within Salesforce.com or Gong to ensure data accuracy and transparency.Leverage tools like ZoomInfo for contact research and Gong for call recording, execution of prescribed sales plays, intelligence, and coaching.Collaboration and Feedback Loop :
Partner with Marketing to provide qualitative feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.Participate in weekly meetings with Field Sales Reps, Sales and CSM Leaders, and Sales Ops to align on goals, messaging, and outreach prioritization.Show more
