JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Manager (2–3 Years Experience) to take full ownership of our digital presence. This role requires a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketer who can manage social media, content, paid ads, lead generation, and digital branding—while closely collaborating with leadership to support overall business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals

Manage all social media platforms with engaging, platform-specific content

Plan and maintain a content calendar for consistent brand messaging

Drive community engagement and encourage user-generated content

Monitor performance using analytics tools, delivering regular reports & insights

Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (services, ecommerce, SaaS, product launches, etc.)

Execute lead generation campaigns, email marketing & Google My Business optimization

Coordinate events, campaigns, and partnerships to drive visibility and conversions

Collaborate with technical and design teams for accurate and visually impactful content

Participate in regular strategy meetings with leadership to align marketing with sales objectives

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management

Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, content strategy, and analytics

Proficiency in graphic design / content creation tools

Excellent communication and copywriting skills

Analytical mindset with campaign performance tracking ability

Creative, adaptable, and up-to-date with digital trends
