Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and growth-focused Social Media Marketer who can take ownership of scaling our brand's digital presence. This is not a posting-only role — this is about driving measurable growth in reach, engagement, leads, and brand conversations through powerful video content, smart digital campaigns, and storytelling that connects with the real Bharat.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute MicroMitti's social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, etc.) with clear weekly & monthly growth KPIs.
- Ideate and produce engaging content (especially short-form videos and reels) that reflects MicroMitti's vision, projects, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, PR, and leadership teams to translate campaigns into powerful digital stories.
- Manage content calendars, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and targeted ad campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, CTR, follower growth, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Stay ahead of social trends, algorithms, and content innovations.
- Work closely with leadership to craft campaign narratives that build Brand Indore at national and international levels.
- Leverage video storytelling for event launches, brand campaigns, and investor communication.
Key Requirements
2–5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably with a D2C, real estate, or startup brand.Proven track record of measurable growth on platforms like Instagram and YouTube.Strong skills in video ideation, scripting, and basic editing (mobile or professional tools).Deep understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.Creative mindset with a sharp sense for storytelling and brand tone.Excellent communication and execution skills with a founder's mindset.Preferred
Background in video-first campaigns or influencer collaborations.Experience with paid ad campaigns, SEO-friendly content, and lead funnels.Worked in a fast-growing brand / startup environment.What We Offer
