Job Title : Software Engineer – Ruby on Rails
Experience : 7+ Years
Work Mode : Remote
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong skills in Ruby on Rails and React.js to join our remote engineering team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building robust, scalable applications while contributing to an Agile and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and interactive frontend components.
- Write clean, test-driven, and efficient code following best engineering practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct peer reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance system performance.
- Create technical documentation and tools to support development and deployment.
