• Expertise in performance tuning for large datasets.
• Ability to deliver structured, well-tested software.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Skilled in solution design with transition capability to support teams.
• Logical and structured problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

• Background in Financial Services or data-related domains.
• Development experience with .NET and Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of test automation (e.g., TDD).
• Balance between short-term delivery and long-term strategy.
• Multi-disciplinary skills across the SDLC.
• Proactive, delivery-focused mindset.
