Job Title : Lead Data Governance Engineer

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Documenting guidelines, processes, and standards to set up, maintain, and streamline master data (i.e., accounts) and hierarchies
- Set up and maintain master data and hierarchies
- Participate in data transformation projects including MDM, data migration, and system re-engineering
- Execute the data quality lifecycle from profiling to measuring business value
- Evaluate what is needed to solve specific data problems, perform root cause analysis, and create corrective action plans
- Define how to best achieve desired outcomes
- Engage with stakeholders in a data ecosystem to ensure data governance and data quality requirements are met throughout the data product lifecycle
Your Background Is
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Governance Engineer with a background in managing Master Data and Data QualityExperience with Account Master data standards, operational and analytical processes, systems, metrics, and end-to-end data flowExperience with MDM Account data, metadata, hierarchy, duplication and validation rules, tools, and processesExperience with data profiling, data quality rule setup, root cause analysis, data remediation, data monitoring, and data quality dashboardsKnowledge of data enrichment tools (i.e., D&B, Leadspace) and processesKnowledge of Informatica IDQ, Address Doctor, SQLExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsBy Joining Our Team
