About The Role

We're seeking a Lead Product Designer to focus on growth, adoption, and customer journeys. Your work will directly influence how users onboard, engage, and build long-term trust with the product.

What You'll Do

Lead design for onboarding, engagement, and retention-focused features.

Map customer journeys and identify areas of friction and opportunity.

Develop frameworks and reusable patterns for consistent user flows.

Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Conduct rapid prototyping and user testing to validate design hypotheses.

Mentor peers on journey mapping and user-centered design thinking.

What We're Looking For

5–7 years of experience in product design with exposure to growth-focused projects.

Deep expertise in interaction design, usability, and visual communication.

Strong systems thinking and ability to design holistic experiences.

Experience working in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments.

Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact through design.
