We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Administrative Assistant for our Falta office.

About job :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Almatis India, ensuring smooth business operations across office facilities, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other business-related services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers to meet all administrative needs efficiently.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration, including scheduling, coordination of meetings, and front-desk communication.
  • Handle data management and reporting tasks to support business decisions and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and oversee facility management to maintain operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and liaise with relevant authorities as needed.

About you :

  • Graduate from any government / reputed institute. MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in administrative role at plant and corporate level preferably in midsized manufacturing company.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Good communication skill in English.
